CANCELLATION & WEATHER policy
At Taupō Hydrofoil Tours, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our small business, as each departure has limited availability.
guest cancallations
More than 48 hours before your scheduled departure
Receive a 100% refund of your booking.
Between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled departure
Receive a 50% refund of your booking.
Less than 24 hours before your scheduled departure
No refund will be provided.
operator cancellations
The safety and comfort of our guests is our highest priority. If Taupō Hydrofoil Tours cancels a tour due to weather, lake conditions, mechanical issues, or any other operational reason, you may choose either:
A full refund, or
To transfer your booking to another available departure date and time.
no-shows
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled tour, or who arrive after the scheduled departure time, will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
booking changes
If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
